Gibson Timber Ltd is a locally owned family business which was founded in 1965. Robert Gibson took over the business in 1992 and has been personally running it since. He has a very sound knowledge of Timber and its Uses.
We stock a full range of lengths and sizes ready for application.
We will also cut to order to your requirements.
We can do up to 8 metres in Length and 500×500 in size.

A large variety of timber
Gibson Timber specialises in environmentally sound timber. Macrocarpa, Douglas Fir, Lawson Cypress, Eucalypt, Redwood, Larch, all locally grown naturally durable wood that does not need chemical treatment.
Douglas Fir is normally used for framing and beams. Whereas the others are great for exterior and interior lining, exposed beams, weatherboards, pergolas, decking and flooring.
